Deli Associate
Deli associates will assist with answering questions and special requests. We carry a huge variety of international products our customer service is very important you must maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a willingness to learn, then this is the position for you.
Responsibilities
Follows all safety guidelines and procedures
Responsible for stocking, cleanliness, and maintenance of deli cases
Offers advice on selection, preparation, and packaging of deli products
Clean deli cases as needed to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all deli
surfaces
Utilizes the separate slicer to cut cold cuts and cheese
Follows federal and state sanitation guidelines, cleans and sanitizes slicers, and
adheres to safe practicesPerforms other duties as requested by management
Requirements
Able to work with fluctuating temperature ranges
Able to stand prolonged periods of time
Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
Available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends & holidays
