Blackened Salmon Tacos with Mango Slaw

Blackened Salmon Tacos with Fresh Mango Slaw and Lime Crema. These spicy salmon tacos are topped with a sweet and tangy mango slaw and creamy lime crema—perfect for taco night with a twist.

Ingredients:

For the Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp cayenne

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 tbsp oil

For the Slaw:

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • ½ mango, julienned

  • ¼ cup shredded carrots

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Pinch of salt

Lime Crema:

  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • Zest of ½ lime

  • Salt to taste

To Serve:

  • Corn or flour tortillas

  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Mix slaw ingredients and set aside to marinate.

  2. Mix blackening spices. Rub onto salmon fillets.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet and cook salmon 3–4 minutes per side. Flake into chunks.

  4. Whisk lime crema ingredients together.

  5. Warm tortillas and assemble tacos with salmon, slaw, crema, and cilantro.
