Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
4 salmon fillets
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp cayenne
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp oil
For the Slaw:
1 cup shredded cabbage
½ mango, julienned
¼ cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
Pinch of salt
Lime Crema:
¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
Juice of ½ lime
Zest of ½ lime
Salt to taste
To Serve:
Corn or flour tortillas
Fresh cilantro
Instructions:
Mix slaw ingredients and set aside to marinate.
Mix blackening spices. Rub onto salmon fillets.
Heat oil in a skillet and cook salmon 3–4 minutes per side. Flake into chunks.
Whisk lime crema ingredients together.
Warm tortillas and assemble tacos with salmon, slaw, crema, and cilantro.
