Job Title: Store Cleaning & Maintenance Associate | Department: Store Operations | Reports To: Store Manager | Location: Valencia

The Store Cleaning & Maintenance Associate helps keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff. This role maintains floors, restrooms, common areas, and store entrances while following cleaning schedules and safe procedures for cleaning products and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the store.

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.

  • Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.

  • Clean entrance doors, glass, and frequently touched surfaces.

  • Respond promptly to spills and place caution signs as needed.

  • Keep entrances, sidewalks, and areas around trash bins tidy.

  • Refill soap, paper towels, and other cleaning supplies.

  • Follow cleaning schedules and safe procedures for cleaning products and equipment.

  • Store cleaning products and equipment safely after use.

  • Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety concerns to management.

  • Assist with additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
