Ingredients for the steak:

✔ 2 steaks of your choice
✔ Salt and black pepper
✔ 1 tbsp olive oil

Ingredients for the chimichurri sauce:

✔ 1 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
✔ 3 cloves garlic (minced)
✔ 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
✔ 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
✔ 1/2 cup olive oil
✔ Salt to taste

Ingredients for the vegetables:

✔ 1 zucchini (sliced)
✔ 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
✔ 1 red onion (sliced)

Yield: 4 servings of Argentinian Chimichurri Steak

DIRECTIONS:

For the Steak:

  1. Season steaks with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

  2. Grill over high heat until desired doneness.

  3. Rest steak for several minutes before slicing.

For the Chimichurri Sauce:

  1. Combine parsley, garlic, vinegar, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and salt.

  2. Mix well and let sit for several minutes to develop flavor.

  3. Slice steak and drizzle generously with chimichurri.

For the Vegetables:

  1. Toss vegetables with olive oil and salt.

  2. Grill until tender and lightly charred.
