Tandoori Salmon Skewers

Indian-inspired salmon skewers marinated in spiced yogurt and grilled to perfection. A bold, healthy dinner option packed with flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ lbs salmon, cut into chunks

  • ½ cup plain yogurt

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • ½ tsp ground coriander

  • Salt to taste

  • Bamboo or metal skewers

Instructions:

  1. Mix yogurt, lemon, oil, garlic, and spices in a bowl. Add salmon and marinate 30–60 minutes.

  2. Thread salmon onto skewers.

  3. Grill over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning once.

  4. Serve with basmati rice, naan, or cucumber raita.

Flavor Tip: Add bell pepper or onion pieces between salmon chunks for extra color and texture.
