Tandoori Salmon Skewers
Indian-inspired salmon skewers marinated in spiced yogurt and grilled to perfection. A bold, healthy dinner option packed with flavor.
Ingredients:
1½ lbs salmon, cut into chunks
½ cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp ground coriander
Salt to taste
Bamboo or metal skewers
Instructions:
Mix yogurt, lemon, oil, garlic, and spices in a bowl. Add salmon and marinate 30–60 minutes.
Thread salmon onto skewers.
Grill over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning once.
Serve with basmati rice, naan, or cucumber raita.
Flavor Tip: Add bell pepper or onion pieces between salmon chunks for extra color and texture.
